Nike Free Run+ 5.0 (Part II)

It hasn't been a long time since my last Nike purchase from Spartoo.Gr, a fabulous, girly, cute Nike Free Run 5.0+ pair of pink and grey running shoes. The moment I tried them on, I had no doubt that it was love from the first step. The certain shoe is aristotechnically designed to fit like a sock, following your feet's movement, because of the arch thing that is the most important part of the sole. The concept of "barefoot running" was introduced by Nike back in 2005, in order to help strengthen feet and legs with the protection and traction of a premium training shoe.

As specialists, like coaches and podiatrists, say, runners need to include barefoot running in their training routine, because the use of cushioned and supported modern running shoes has made our feet a little lazy; that is, our foot's muscles remain inactive because shoes are the ones to do the hard job. It is said that, while running barefoot you are forced to naturally improve your running gait and simultaneously strengthen your leg muscles.
Just because not everyone has the luxury of an appropriate barefoot running environment, like a beach or some soft grass surface, Nike Free Run 5.0+ is your second best choice. On the other way round, you may be simply searching for a super comfy pair of trainers to wear while doing your everyday chores up and down the town, or you may just love a sporty chic style and you are fed up with all these uncomfortable ballerina flats, that usually make our feet suffer even more that a pair of high heels.

Well, I'm not trying to find reasons for my attachment to the certain brand, but I thought that my grey pair would be way to springy for winter, so I bought a black one, just in case. There is an endless combination of colors for you, to suit your personal style. For more information and other Nike models you can take a look in Spartoo.Gr, as their huge sale is still on. Can't wait to hear your opinions about the certain shoe!
Let the new training sessions begin!

Froso.
With increasing frequency coaches and podiatrists are suggesting runners to include barefoot runs to their running schedule. The logic behind it is that the use of cushioned and supported modern running shoes, our feet are becoming lazy. We don’t use our foot’s muscles very efficiently because the shoes do it for us. They correct our errors and even when we do put our foot the wrong way or with too much intensity – they take the shot on our behalf.
Experts say that while running barefoot you are forced to naturally improve your running gait and and the same time strengthen foot and legs muscles. - See more at: http://www.runningshoesguru.com/2009/04/nike-free-50-running-shoes-review/#sthash.onHyhbYC.d
