On The Way To The Stadium

nike skyline trainers and sweatpants, zara t-shirt, balenciaga motorcycle, gina tricot cross necklace and scarf
(An outfit post, at last!)
Concerning my graduation day, it was one of the loveliest days of 2012. The dress was right, my best friend did a great job with my make up and -the most important of all- I was surrounded by loved ones, that gave me the sweetest feelings of joy. In some time, I will post some pictures, not yet though, I'm still choosing between a thousand ones taken by the photographers that were present in the venue.

I am really into sporty looks lately, and I can't stop wearing sweatpants and trainers. The certain outfit was worn last Saturday, in Thessaloniki. That's all for now sweethearts. I am going to spend some more time with my family, who came to Greece for my big day. Love you all!

Looking for Graduation Shoes in

all images are property of
First of all, I happily announce you that I GOT MY GRADUATION DRESS two days ago, and I couldn't be happier! It's classy, it's unique and it echoes "Froso". Leather black and beige, that's all I can say until now (you'll see it shortly). What's left? The shoes!!!!

Taking into consideration the neutral colors of the dress and the classy aura I'm aiming at, I wanted a sexy, yet really classy pair of shoes. Being a full time teacher, has left me with no free time at all, no worries though! That's why on-line shopping is for.

First, I was aiming at a classic, extra high pair of leather pumps. For instance, I fell in love with Nicole Richie's shoe line, House of Harlow 1960. I am not sure whether it's an insanely safe choice though, that is why I started looking at some kind of edgy, Paco Gil boot-pumps, and I fell in love with those Zandra Rhodes beauties, like the ones featured above. But, as a huge fan of leopard print, how could I say no to a leopard Steve Madden pair? Imagine, black and beige, combined with a killer pair of leopard pumps. God, it's more difficult than I thought it would be...

I'd love to hear your opinion:
Black, beige or leopard?

The Blogger Is Alive

hm blouse
Hey Lovelies!
I am sitting in my living room after a long day over essays, calculators and English coursebooks (being a teacher is much more chaotic than I used to think). I haven't posted an outfit post for quite a while, but I am here to tell you how grateful I feel about your emails and comments, despite my absence. Αll I wanted to share with you in that post was that the following Tuesday it's my graduation day (yeap, I am getting my degree) and I still have not decided on my graduation dress and shoes.  Still. 6 more -hectic- days to come. And still. God, I hate being such a keep-it-for-the-last-minute kind of person.

One thing I keep on repeating to myself:
"Breathe in, breathe out Froso."

Looking for the Perfect Gym Bag via

 all images are property of

Over the past two years or so, I am much of a gym person, although I always hated that kind of venues ever since my childhood. Αnd when going to the gym, a stylish girl has to remain classy, from top to toe. One of the most important details of a gym outfit is the bag that is going to carry all your necessities. So, what are the basic characteristics of the perfect gym bag?

First of all, the bag has to be spacious enough with many pockets and zippers, where you are gonna keep everything you need (change, elastic bands for your hair, keys and so on). What is more, the perfect gym bag has to have a waterproof lining, so that anything spilled on the inside may not possibly  harm it. Concerning its size, it has to be big enough in order to contain a second pair of shoes, a bottle of water, a cosmetic case, a towel and a pair of leggings (oh god, we -girls- are just a pain in the back). And last but not least, a gym bag has to be beautiful enough, in a vivid color that will look great combined with our gym outfits. A black one is ok to start with, but -personally- I would adore a neutral grey or a massive cobalt blue one.

What else do you carry in your gym bag?

Take care,

Spring Essentials for Men via

all images are property of
I admit that I've always been jealous of men, concerning their clothes. All they have to do is to stock up some T-shirts, some jeans and a few hoodies, And they look gorgeous, no matter what. And they have the same shoes for day and night. Not like us, in a constant need of new high heels, ballerinas for everyday chic, open toes or pointy ones, boots, booties and so on (the list is, indeed, never ending).

So, what do men need to add in their shoe collection in order to bend it like Beckham?
  1. Corny as it may seem, as everyone seems to own a pair, the Nike Air Max (you name the model of your choice) remains one of my favorite sports shoe ever. They look pretty cool, don't they?
  2. The Chuck by Converse is history by itself. The leather version  though is spicing it up, taking that man from a rock concert to a hot date, looking good either way.
  3. The well-known Converse hero, because we -girls- looooooooove boys with ripped jeans, All-Stars, white T-shirts and a pair of Ray-Bans. Ok, this is me loving that kind of boys, but whatever.
  4. Not every man would pull off that look, but a pair of biker-like boots, neutral like the ones I chose would look really stylish, paired with a pair of black jeans. He doesn't have to be Pete Doherty, but in that way he will be able to show off his fashion consciousness.
  5. The semi formal pair, substituting the pointy-shiny kind of shoe our daddies used to wear on a night out. That pair featured above is a perfect example: its brown -meaning neutral-, it has those water marks (love them like hell) and it would look great, either with jeans or with a nice pair of trousers.
  6. And, a crazy-like pair, cause boys need a bit of style excitement as well!
Can't wait to hear from you!
Until then,

Marni x HM, really?

Designer collaborations with mass market brands always were of minor importance to my humble fashion sense. I just don't get it. It's ok, that romantic aspect of "high fashion made affordable for the everyday fashion lover", but -let's be honest- it's not real. I would simply refuse to stand for hours in a queue and shop with rules and colored bracelets, just to get an Η&Μ dress with a fancier tag, isn't it? Because that's what it is: a mass market quality dress priced for more than 200$, just because a mythic fashion house signed on the designs.

Not to seem pretentious, I have to underline my huge love for that kind of shops. H&M, correspondingly with my love for Sweden, is one of my favorite style destinations, just like Zara and the rest. I refuse to spend a fortune in clothes that will look so "last year", that's why I enjoy buying dresses that will fill me up with a bit of excitement, even if I recognize that the majority of the designs are just a copy of some great masterpieces shown on the runways. That's ok by me, I know what I get, and that's no big deal.

I just don't like to brag about my latest "Versace" or "Marni" or "Whatever", cause it is not what it claims to be. It's just some mediocre quality garment, that would definitely cost half of the price if it was a regular H&M. I wish that everybody would be able to afford the real thing, but most of us are not. Let's not feed our hallucinations for a bigger life with crap like these. Sorry for being bitter to some of the fashionistas that honored me by reading my post, but that is just my point of view that I wanted to share with you, cause I love being real.

I would love to hear your opinion:
What do you think about designer collaborations with mass brands?
(Any objections are more than welcome. )

Spring Essentials for Women Via

all pictures are property of
Have a nice month everybody!
Spring is on the way, and our closets may need some kind of boost (just like our self confidence), so lets have a quick talk about the essentials, concerning every style-conscious girl's shoe collection. What do we need to be prepared for the new season?
  • A pair of All Stars, is -by far- my all time staple. No matter the color, they look amazing in every easy-going walk with your best friends.
  • A pair of neutral ballet flats (black or beige), just like those Geox ones, to accompany your girly dresses or skinny jeans (go Kate Moss), in those days that you cannot stand on high heels.
  • Just like the ballet flats, a pair of fierce booties will control your footsteps in those breezy nights that all you need is a spark of rock attitude!
  • Of course, a super-comfy pair of trainers just like those Nike beauties will be a great ally for you, either in the gym or in a shopping spree marathon. Well, Carrie Bradshaw, shopping in her sky-high heels is a movie character, you know...
  • Concerning that crazy, outrageous spring weather, a cute pair of Wellington boots is a prerequisite for your feet's well-being. My choice would be a simple -yet so chic- pair of Hunters. Kate would approve, too.
  • The biker boots, that will look great with your jean shorts.
  • And last, but not least, that sexy pair of pumpsthat will add up some edge to your outfit, just like those Paco Gil beauties I would personally wear. Basics are good, but we need the edge to spice up our lives, don't you think?
What are your basics for spring?
I would be more than happy to hear your opinions.
Be stylish,
